There may be a problem with the computer’s drivers. You should update your Bios driver, other drivers and your OS. You can find the drivers on the official website of your motherboard.
You can repair the game files. It might work.
- Launch BSG Launcher.
- At the top right, click on your ID.
- Hit the “Integrity check“
