  • Hey! So I've had planet zoo for a while now and, when I play the game, on my screen I usually see a white strip in the game and its always glitching. after a while, the game kicks me out of the game. How do I fix that??

  • -legacymouse 1 makes the mouse really bad. I used it to fix the bug that happens when the mouse just becomes totally non-responsive when trying to rotate the view. legacymouse made the rotate view work, but it makes facilities rotate in a way that is pretty much just as useless. Wow an $80 game is now unplayable. And I've gone beyond the Steam allowance for asking for a refund. I really really hope they will make my game playable again 🙁 This zookeper is not a happy one.

    • I'm gonna have to do the same. Funny thing is it worked well for a while. Then all the sudden I have mouse problems and the fix is just a different problem.

  • I downloaded the game yesterday and I could not enter the career mode and when I want to dig, grass appears and all black / green stripes appear

  • Ik heb het spel gister gedownload en ik kon de career mode niet openen en als ik wil graven dan komt er gras te voorschijn waardoor er allemaal zwart/groene strepen op het scherm komen

  • I had been playing franchise mode for days and everything was fine. Then it crashed when I put an animal in an exhibit. Since then I'm not able to open franchise mode. It's says there was an error connecting to the servers. I have read about changing the name of the franchise but it doesn't even let me get to that point. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game but no luck.

  • My game will not launch at all. I click play, its spins for about a second and then it just quits and gives me the option to launch again. I've disabled my anti-virus. My computer meets all the requirements of the game. 16 RAM Windows 8.1 and intel core i7. I eventually gave up and just requested a refund. I would love to play if i could get it to launch

  • The game is working fine , exept the franchise mode.
I started a franchise and everything worked good , i played for a few days , however yesterday the game crashed (franchise mode) When loading.
i didnt changed anything, i restarted my laptop , changed the graphics setting , nothing helps.
The other game modes (sandbox , career,) are working fine , my internet connection is also good, i dont know how to solve this problem, pls help me . ty.
