• Before to run the game, open the task manager.

• Click the Details

• Right click the audiodg.exe

• End task

• Run the game

audiodg.exe should start again. You'll start hearing the sound.

Borderlands 2 may conflict with Skype.

You should close Skype completely.

Borderlands 2 may also conflict with programs such as Razer Synapse.
