• Download and install these. Repair it if already installed.
  
  Download both x86 and x64, even if you have Windows 64-bit!

  2) Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package x64
  3) Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package x86
  4) Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package x64
  5) Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 (Choose vcredist_x64.exe & vcredist_x86.exe)
  6) Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013 (Choose vcredist_x64.exe & vcredist_x86.exe)
  7) Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 (Choose vc_redist.x64.exe & vc_redist.x86.exe)
  
  Try to run the game when the installation is complete. If you still getting the same error, go to the next step.

• Download the xinput1_3.dll file. If the Windows is 64 bit, download it by clicking “Download for 64 Bit (x64)”. If it is 32 bit, download it by clicking “Download for 32 Bit (x86)”.
  
  Paste the xinput1_3.dll file that you extracted from the rar file into both these locations.
  C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
  C:\Windows\System32\
  
  After that, run the game.
