Process Monitor stores everything in virtual memory, including visible and invisible events. To clear the ProcMon processes from memory, you must restart your PC.
So the problem is solved simply this way, just restart your PC.
If you encounter the PROCMON24.SYS error at startup very often; this means the problem might be due to missing or corrupt DLL files in your operating system.
To fix this error that prevents you from playing PUBG, firstly, you will delete the corrupted DLL files (which I will mention below), then install Microsoft's Visual C ++ Redistributables to get your fresh DLL files. Thus, the game will launch without any problems.
