If first update didn't work, try this update (KB3080149)
- Go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=48638
- Click on Download button.
- Run and install the Windows6.1-KB3080149-x86.msu
- After that, restart your computer and try to run the game.

- Download the “All in One Runtimes Download” tool.
- Run the exe application.
- Click on the “Installieren” button.
- Install/repair all runtimes.
