Issue: The download speed is extremely slow when installing Escape from Tarkov for the first time or downloading the new update.
Solution: To increase download speed in Battlestate Games Launcher, first disable the Receive Window Auto-Tuning feature and then enable it on your Windows OS. Follow these steps:
- Press Windows + X keys on your keyboard. Or right-click on Windows Start icon.
- Select Windows PowerShell (Admin)
- Type:
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled - Press Enter key.
- Then type:
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal - Press Enter.
- Now check your download speed in Battlestate Games Launcher.
