"When I run Genshin Impact, the launcher opens but the launcher window is bigger than my screen. That's why the Launch button doesn't appear and I can't start the game."
If your launcher window looks disproportionate like that, the workaround below may fix your issue.
Method #1
- Right-click on the desktop
- Click "Display settings"
- Use the "Change the size of text, apps, and other items" drop-down list under the "Scale and layout" section.
- Select 100%
- Now you can run the game.
The above setting applies to Windows 10, but you can adjust this setting in other Windows operating systems. It may be a little different for Windows 7 or Windows 8.
Method #2
- Right-click on the Genshin Impact shortcut
- Click Properties
- Go to the Compatibility tab.
- Click “Change high DPI settings” button
- Under the “High DPI scaling override” section, tick the “Override high DPI scaling behavior“
- Use the “Scaling performed by” drop-down menu and select the “System”
- Click the OK button, click the OK button again on the next page.
- Restart your PC.
I think there is something wrong with my screen, it looks like tiny, i can still play but it has two black things in the both sides, and i think the problem can be solved IN Genshin, anyone ever had this problem or fixed it? please i need help
Yeah that's happening to me, I don't know how to fix it.
I had the same problem, but It's really easy so here. Open your game, click the paimon icon press settings, and go to graphics, you see display mode? Press it and set it to "1920 x 1080 fullscreen" I hope it helps!

is it that hard to make scalable launcher instead. i have 150% scale and don't feel like changing it to 100% every time i want to start game
Just do the second method. It works well without changing your screen scale to 100%. Make sure that you applied the changes in your properties.
i was do it the second method but, that didn't work, just the first method is work for me,
Change it to system (enhanced) in the compatibility tab of the launcher.
