Command & Conquer Remastered Collection won't launch - How to fix

Download and install both x86 and x64. Reinstall even if they are already installed.

• Run the Steam and go to the Steam library
• Right-click on Command & Conquer Remastered
• Select Properties
• On the General tab, click on Set Launch Options button.
• Type NOSPLASHPRELOAD into the box.
• Click OK
• Now play the game.
